If you want your place or business cleaned and I mean spotless and professionally, you need to hire their staff. They are professionals and they work fast. I've seen their work and they do an outstanding job. You won't ever see any of their staff slacking or waisting time. Their response time is fast. When I asked how fast they could come and clean my place they did not hesitate to get back to me within minutes and sent a crew the same day! I was shopping around to see who was cheaper to hire and they were the cheapest so that was a PLUS.

Questions facilities managers ask us first

Do I pay for the walkthrough or the estimate?

No. A supervisor walks your facility at no cost, builds a cleaning plan and checklist around what your building needs, and you get the estimate within 24 hours of that visit.

Does someone from my team need to be there while you clean?

No. We work during business hours or after hours, whichever suits the building. Most clients hand over access and get a completed checklist instead of a babysitting shift.

What happens if a clean is not up to standard?

A supervisor comes out to correct the problem right away, and that cleaning is credited on your next invoice. You do not pay for cleaning you are not happy with.

Are your people insured and background checked?

Yes. We carry general liability, workers' compensation and auto policies. Every employee is screened with CA State Police background checks and personal reference checks, and is bonded and insured before entering your business.

Do I have to supply products and equipment?

Your choice. We can use your existing supplies or bring our own. Our default products are non-toxic and biodegradable.

How do I know what was cleaned while we were closed?

Every crew completes a checklist before leaving. It lists what was cleaned, and anything that could not be finished is noted so it gets priority on the next visit.
